Medicinal plants - source of raw material for processes and food industry In the article there are presented possibilities of using of raw materials and herb products in beverages and diet supplements sector, including functional food. Among different forms of herbs preserves presented in polish market, the most popular are herb teas and the most of all fruit teas.
